SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Unpaid), thus our prices are not inclusive of local taxes & import duties. Therefore all Import Duties, Charges, local Tax, VAT needs to be born by the customer directly to Fedex for the reciept of the product. We would not be liable for any delays in shipment that may arise due to the same.

Though we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If you enter a PO Box address in Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or Yemen, you will be required to provide a valid telephone number. When your delivery arrives in the relevant country, our courier, FEDEX, will contact you to obtain a physical address for delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

The standard dispatch times are –

Within India, 4– 10 business days

Outside India, 8– 20 business days.

Kindly note that weekends and public holidays are not considered as business days.

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping for the orders above Rs 1500. Rs 100-150 will be charged for orders below Rs 1500. Kindly provide the complete address for shipping, including pincode and contact number.

TO ENSURE SECURED DELIVERY

For Purchases delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the cardholder, as a security precaution, an email and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the cardholder’s registered email address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped. A secured password or OTP has to be shared to the final receiver .This password or OTP will be sent to the mobile number of the person who has ordered.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

TRACKING PACKAGE

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on our web boutique, from the “Order Status” link under “Support Links” in the website footer. You may also contact Customer Care by Phone, Email, Chat.

MODES OF PAYMENT

  1. For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal. PayPal and PayU are our third party payment gateways.
  2. Due to some technical issue with our payment provider,  American Express credit cards are not accepted for all transactions.  However, We are accepting American express card transactions through Paypal accounts.
  3. Due to the new RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the card holder explicitly with the bank.

ORDER STATUS/TRACKING

Orders that are shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will inform via email the tracking number along with information about the shipping agency and expected delivery.
